May and it’s a good month to motorhome

May is a good month to get out in a motorhome and it’s a busy month at GB Motorhome Tours with our Spring into Holland, Rhine & Mosel and Historic Cities of Italy tours all taking place. If you’re wishing to get away soon in your motorhome one of our June tours could be for you. Very different in styles they offer an adventurous trip through Poland to a luxury relaxing break in France. Remember all our tours have the flexibility of travelling from the UK with us and having everything arranged for you, or for the more independent to meet directly at the first campsite – the choice is always yours.

Last month at the Peterborough National Motorhome show it was good to see so many customers for a catch up and to meet motorhomers newly interested in our tours. From our free to enter raffle for a £50 voucher against any tour booking the winner has now been notified and one of our daily prize winners is pictured below receiving their magnum of wine.

Looking forward our 2017 tour programme is now featured on our website with most tours available to book. It may seem like thinking some way ahead but our tours do get booked up early – already there is very little space left for our Discover Iceland tour in July next year. A tip for motorhomers using French toll roads, most now have automated pay points and class vehicles on size and type. Standard motorhomes should be class 2 but can come up as 3 on the automated toll booths, if this happens to you press the help button and advise the operator you are a motorhome (Camping Car in French) and they will correct your category, resulting in a pleasant reduction in toll.
